Key Responsibilities
- check_circleManage calendar ownership, scheduling, and conflict resolution for school leadership
- check_circlePrepare agendas, materials, and logistics for meetings and events
- check_circleConduct enrollment communications and follow up with prospective families
- check_circleCoordinate substitute coverage aligned to staffing needs and school priorities
- check_circleEnsure 504 scheduling compliance and manage Skyward systems
- check_circleSupport hiring, onboarding, and offboarding logistics for staff
- check_circleAssist with front desk operations, including phones and visitor inquiries
- check_circleSupport college access initiatives and coordinate senior programming
- check_circleCoordinate school tours, student shadows, and enrollment experiences
- check_circleOversee volunteer coordination, execution, and tracking
Nice to Have
Experience with student information systems (e.g., Skyward). Prior experience in a school or administrative setting.
