About the Role
As a Driver Helper, you will work alongside a Route Driver to assist in the collection of waste and/or recyclable material. This role is vital to our daily operations, ensuring that residential and commercial services are delivered safely and efficiently. You will be responsible for manually or mechanically loading and emptying containers, operating hoisting devices, and assisting the driver with all backing maneuvers. Your work requires strict adherence to WM Safety and Life Critical Rules, OSHA requirements, and all local, state, and federal laws.
