Key Responsibilities
- check_circleProvide daily supervision and leadership for the claims processing system
- check_circleManage information systems staff including performance appraisals and counseling
- check_circleServe as primary client liaison for data management benefits issues
- check_circleCoordinate with IS staff to identify systematic updates for benefit data maintenance
- check_circleDevelop and implement data integrity initiatives for system configurations
- check_circleAdminister projects, develop work plans, and maintain project deadlines
- check_circleCreate standards and policies to ensure data integrity within EZCap systems
- check_circleOversee department goals and prioritize workload for the benefit team
- check_circleConduct random audits and collaborate with Decision Support on audit queries
Requirements
- verified3-5 years of Claims Adjudication experience
- verified3-5 years of experience in management of Health Care processing systems
- verifiedBachelor's degree from a four-year college or appropriate industry experience and/or certification
- verifiedIn-depth knowledge of Health Care and benefit options
- verifiedIn-depth knowledge of Coding and/or certification as it relates to Health plan benefits
- verifiedIn-depth knowledge of the managed care industry
Nice to Have
Experience in provider organization. Medical group or IPA operations information systems management experience. Experience with clinical applications.
