About the Role

RSM is currently seeking a Healthcare Technology Consulting Senior Associate with Epic experience to join our Healthcare Technology Consulting team. This role supports delivery across Epic-related engagements, including implementation, optimization, and post-go-live stabilization. It is ideal for candidates with hands-on Epic exposure who are looking to grow within a consulting environment and expand their experience across healthcare technology initiatives.

In this position, you will contribute to client delivery by supporting workflow analysis, system build validation, testing, and project coordination activities. You will assist with workflow validation, testing, go-live readiness, and post-go-live support while participating in current-state assessments to identify process and system improvement opportunities. The role involves applying foundational Epic and healthcare workflow knowledge to support issue resolution and contributing to the analysis of client challenges.
