As a Digital Content Specialist within the Brand and Growth Marketing department, you will serve as the creative storyteller for OU Health, Oklahoma's only academic medical center. This position is a key member of the digital newsroom team, dedicated to crafting narratives that bring our stories to life across digital platforms. Your mission is to translate complex medical information, clinical innovations, and research findings into accessible, human-centered content that resonates with patients, referring providers, and the broader community.
You will bridge the gap between clinical excellence and public understanding, producing high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content that advances our brand positioning and community awareness goals. From feature articles and patient success stories to physician profiles and employee spotlights, you will ensure every piece of content reflects the empathy, cultural sensitivity, and respect inherent to our organization.
You will collaborate closely with a dynamic cross-functional team, including photographers, videographers, designers, and media relations specialists. This role thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where you will work with service line leaders, physicians, and subject matter experts to identify compelling story opportunities. Your work directly supports the integration of patient care, medical education, and research, showcasing the unique identity of OU Health.
