About the Role
The Market Business Partner serves as the primary on-site liaison between the Sanford Health Plan and Sanford Health market leadership. This role exists to align performance and strategy between the Health Plan and the Health Services Division, acting as a trusted advisor on care and coverage integration opportunities.
In this position, you will be the single point of coordination within the assigned market, identifying and prioritizing opportunities to improve utilization, quality, cost, and patient experience. Your day-to-day involves translating complex data into clear, actionable stories that leaders can use to drive improvements in patient outcomes, provider experience, and total cost of care. You will partner closely with market and health plan leadership to support market-level planning, execution, and performance management, ensuring that insights regarding utilization, access, quality, and pharmacy performance are turned into measurable actions.
