As a leader within Kroger Health, you will champion and support strategic initiatives by collaborating with key stakeholders to consistently execute company plans. This role is designed to drive plan execution through the coaching and mentoring of associates, ensuring that strategic targets are met while coordinating efforts to drive sales and reduce costs across Kroger Health locations.
You will serve as a vital link between the corporate Kroger Health team and local operations, overseeing the execution of key initiatives. Your day-to-day involves leading the division team in implementing best practices, measuring execution standards, and identifying trends in key performance indicators to improve underperforming areas. From pharmacy efforts and clinical programs to prescription growth and customer satisfaction, you will lead all business initiatives tailored to each state's scope of practice.
Beyond operational execution, this position focuses heavily on team development. You will be responsible for developing members of the Kroger Health team to perform at the highest level and prepare them for future roles. By evaluating customer experience and business performance across individual pharmacies in your assigned region, you will provide critical feedback to Human Resources regarding location-specific needs. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as well as travel to stores across the division, is required to meet business needs.
In this role, you will demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety. You will reinforce the company values and leadership model to create more favorable business results, associate insights, and customer experiences. Ensuring regulatory compliance for all pharmacy locations and practitioners is a key responsibility, carried out under the direction of the corporate compliance department.
