About the Role
As the Health & Beauty Care Team Leader, you will oversee all aspects of the Health & Beauty department, serving as the bridge between our customers' wellness goals and our store's operational excellence. You will lead a team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring that every shopper finds the products they need in an inviting, safe, and clean environment.
In this role, you will not only manage daily operations to meet sales and profit goals but also champion Giant Eagle's commitment to the community. Your day will involve coaching and scheduling team members, executing merchandising and promotional plans, and maintaining accurate inventory and appealing product displays. By partnering with store leadership on labor planning and budgeting, you will help shape a department that balances business objectives with a genuine care for people.
