About the Role
Sizanid Staffing is seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Sales to lead our sales department. This leadership role is pivotal in developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies that drive revenue growth across diverse markets and client segments, with a specific focus on multi-site, enterprise, and strategic partnerships.
As the Head of Sales, you will serve as the primary architect of our global expansion, managing a geographically dispersed team with clear accountability for performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction. You will act as a positive agent of change, fostering an engaging work environment while navigating a fast-paced, deadline-driven landscape. Your day-to-day involves partnering cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Field leadership to ensure the seamless execution of national programs. You will be the face of Sizanid Staffing at key customer meetings, industry events, and executive-level presentations, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders while analyzing market trends to optimize our sales processes.
