The Head of Sales serves as the strategic architect of Tellerex's revenue engine, responsible for leading the sales organization and managing Sales Directors to drive sustainable growth. This role exists to shift the company's focus from transactional wins to securing high-value, long-term partnerships with major banks, OEMs, and resellers. As a senior leader, you will set the strategic vision that expands Tellerex's market presence in the ATM lifecycle solutions industry while ensuring strict alignment with overall company objectives.
In this position, you will optimize sales processes to foster a high-performance culture where accountability and collaboration thrive. The day-to-day involves directly managing enterprise-level accounts, refining account management strategies with your leadership team, and providing ongoing coaching to develop the next generation of sales leaders. You will act as the bridge between sales, marketing, operations, and finance, ensuring that customer needs are translated into operational improvements and that sales strategies remain financially viable.
Your success will be measured by the achievement of ambitious yet achievable revenue goals, with a specific emphasis on year-over-year growth driven by strategic deals. You will be evaluated on your ability to expand the portfolio of high-value enterprise clients, improve retention rates, and build a scalable sales organization.
