Braven is a national nonprofit dedicated to preparing promising college students to secure a strong first opportunity after graduation. We partner with higher education and employer networks to deliver a life-changing experience that begins with a semester-long Accelerator course and continues with support through graduation. About the Role

As the Head of Post Course Strategy, you will build the strategic and operational infrastructure that drives strong career outcomes for Fellows after they complete the Accelerator. This is an entrepreneurial role situated at the intersection of strategy and execution, designed to bring structure and intentionality to the inherently adaptive post-Accelerator experience.

You will hold the cross-regional view that no single campus team can hold, ensuring local execution is grounded in shared goals and best practices emerging across Braven's network. While a dedicated team builds the actual program experiences (workshops, modules, and resources), your focus is on determining what Fellows need, deciding what gets deployed, and ensuring those interventions drive results. You will think creatively about reaching Fellows at scale through a mix of live, asynchronous, and technology-enabled approaches, figuring out how campus and community partners can extend the experience beyond what Braven delivers directly.

As a member of Braven's Product Leadership Team, you will contribute to decisions about how the program evolves, bringing the accountability of someone watching outcomes in the field to cross-functional conversations about what Braven should build, change, or stop doing. This role reports directly to the Chief Product Officer and is based in-person in Atlanta, Chicago, New York, or Newark.

Hiring Process

The interview process generally includes the following steps:

  1. Phone screen with a Talent Team member.
  2. Initial interview with the Chief Product Officer and CEO.
  3. Performance Task.
  4. Panel Interview with Key Stakeholders.
  5. Interview with Alignment Team members and/or Board members.
  6. Interview with the Hiring Manager.
  7. Reference Checks.

Experience working with or through regional or local teams in a multi-site organization, particularly in a role that required influencing without formal authority.
