About the Role
This position serves as a strategic leader within PrimeVigilance, supporting a group of Project Managers who drive pharmacovigilance (PV) project teams. The role is designed to ensure that all contracted PV activities delivered on behalf of our clients are executed with high quality, within budget, and in strict compliance with global regulatory requirements.
As a key liaison between the company and our clients, you will act as a PV expert, overseeing project scope, schedules, and costs while maintaining strong client relationships. You will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of client engagements, from initial project setup and scope definition to issue escalation and final delivery. This includes reviewing client-specific core documents, advising on regulatory changes, and ensuring the Quality Management System meets all applicable standards.
In addition to client-facing duties, you will serve as a Line Manager for Project Managers. Your focus will be on fostering talent through performance development, career planning, and coaching. You will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to operationalize corporate strategies, participate in recruiting and hiring, and drive departmental process improvements. This role requires balancing operational excellence with strategic growth, ensuring that both client needs and PrimeVigilance's vision for continued expansion are met.
