About the Role
This position leads the Management Accounts function, serving as a strategic partner to the UK Financial Controller and the wider finance organization. The role is pivotal in ensuring accurate, timely reporting and driving efficiency through process standardization and automation. You will oversee the full month-end close, manage the consolidation of the UK P&L, and ensure balance sheet reporting complies with SOX and internal controls.
Beyond technical execution, this role involves line managing and mentoring a team of three Senior Management Accountants. You will guide the team through organizational change, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making. The position requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders, including Finance Business Partners and the Transactional Finance Team, as well as external relationships with statutory auditors and banking providers.
