As the leader of the Management Accounts function, you will oversee the full month-end close process to deliver accurate and timely reporting. This role is pivotal in driving strategic decision-making through performance and variance analysis, while managing the consolidation of the UK P&L for management reporting. You will ensure balance sheet reporting meets strict accuracy standards and complies with SOX and internal controls.
Beyond technical oversight, you will design and enhance processes to drive efficiency through automation and continuous improvement. You will also support annual and quarterly budgeting and forecasting cycles, as well as statutory year-end audits and SOX activities.

Experience in public sector or outsourced business services. Familiarity with SAP ByDesign. Experience working within a matrix organisation.
