About the Role
As the leader of the Management Accounts function, you will oversee the full month-end close process to deliver accurate and timely reporting. This role is pivotal in driving strategic decision-making through robust performance and variance analysis. You will manage the consolidation of the UK P&L, oversee balance sheet reporting, and ensure strict compliance with SOX and internal controls.
Beyond technical execution, you will design and standardise processes to drive efficiency through automation and continuous improvement. You will also support annual and quarterly budgeting cycles and assist with statutory year-end audits.
Team & Culture
You will line manage and mentor three Senior Management Accountants while coordinating the wider management accounts team. Success in this role requires the ability to inspire, motivate, and support your team through organisational change.
