Head of Management Accounts

About the Role

We are seeking a strategic leader to oversee the Management Accounts function, ensuring the delivery of accurate and timely reporting that drives data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role is pivotal in managing the full month-end close, consolidating the UK P&L, and overseeing balance sheet reporting with strict adherence to SOX and internal controls.

Beyond technical oversight, you will be responsible for designing and enhancing processes to drive efficiency through automation and continuous improvement. You will also play a key role in supporting annual and quarterly budgeting cycles, as well as statutory year-end audits. This position offers the opportunity to lead a dedicated team of Senior Management Accountants, mentoring them while coordinating the wider management accounts function.
