We are looking for drivers who take pride in their qualifications, experience, and knowledge, and who never compromise on safety. We invest in drivers looking for experience beyond the average load. Whether you are a company driver or an owner operator, you will enjoy impressive routes with easy-to-work-with customers and a terminal dispatch system that offers a small-company atmosphere at every location.
Owner Operators
We offer flexible home time and a supportive environment for owner operators. Our payout structure is designed to reward commitment:
- $1,000 paid out after the first billed load
- $1,000 paid out on the 30-day mark (applied toward the owner operator escrow)
- $1,500 paid out on the 6-month mark
- $1,500 paid out on the 1-year mark
Additionally, we offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a $2,000 referral bonus for drivers who refer new hires (extended pay out available). Safety bonuses are also available.
Hiring Process
We offer paid orientation for qualified candidates. To apply, please ensure you have the necessary endorsements (H - Hazardous Materials and N - Tanker Vehicles) and a valid TWIC application proof or receipt.
