We invest in drivers looking for experience beyond the average load. Whether you are a company driver or an owner operator, you will enjoy impressive routes with easy-to-work-with customers and a terminal dispatch system that offers a small company atmosphere at every location.
We offer flexible home time and a supportive environment for owner operators. As an owner operator, you will start at 65% of revenue plus accessorial pay. We also offer a robust payout structure for new hires: $1,000 after your first billed load, $1,000 on the 30-day mark (applied to your escrow), $1,500 at the six-month mark, and $1,500 at the one-year mark. Additionally, we provide safety bonuses and a $2,000 referral bonus for drivers who refer new hires.
To join our team, you must possess a Class A CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements, along with proof of a TWIC application or receipt. We require one year of tractor-trailer experience within the last three years and six months of specific tanker experience. Owner operators must provide their own equipment.
