Hiring Process
We offer a paid orientation program to get you started on the right foot. Orientation pay is structured to support you during your transition: $750 is paid the week following orientation, with the remaining $750 paid 14 days after orientation. For Owner Operators, the full $1,500 orientation pay is paid out 30 days following orientation. We also offer a $2,000 referral bonus for drivers who refer new hires, with extended pay-out options available.
