About the Role
We are seeking established CDL-A teams to join our OTR fleet. This role is designed for drivers who thrive in a structured, mission-critical setting where precision and teamwork are paramount. As a valued member of the PTS Worldwide team, you will operate in a no-touch freight environment with trucks governed at 70 mph, ensuring a smooth and efficient journey.
While the core of the job involves long-haul transport, we offer a unique balance of commitment and flexibility. Teams can expect a minimum of four weeks out on the road, followed by flexible home time. We support teams exclusively and will assist in finding a co-driver if needed, ensuring you have the right partnership for the road ahead.
Hiring Process & Application
To join our team, candidates must be U.S. Citizens capable of obtaining a national security clearance. The application process begins with an orientation, for which we cover all travel costs and provide a completion bonus. We look for drivers with a steady work history and a clean record who meet our specific insurance requirements on MVR and PSP.
