We boast a diverse, highly trained team with a broad range of experience and advanced degrees, providing wineries and suppliers with local access to the most technically advanced analytical methods vital to modern wine-making.
We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and reliable person to support our Newberg, OR laboratory team during the Harvest 2026 season. This role exists to ensure our high-volume operations run smoothly during peak analytical seasons, allowing our specialized team to focus on complex analysis while you handle essential support tasks.
In this position, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can laugh and have a good time without losing your focus. You will perform basic sample handling and preparation, manage laboratory housekeeping, and multitask across multiple projects simultaneously. While no prior laboratory experience is required, you must be able to learn and follow Standard Operating Procedures with attention to detail, even under pressure. You will work in state-of-the-art facilities near some of the world's most beautiful vineyards, contributing to a culture that values accountability, adaptability, and strict confidentiality of company and client information.
