About the Role

As a Hardware Delivery specialist, you will serve as the critical link between our project teams and our clients, ensuring the seamless flow of physical assets required for complex network deployments. This role exists to maintain the integrity of our supply chain and documentation, allowing our engineers to focus on high-level design and optimization.

In this position, you will manage the end-to-end logistics of hardware, keeping detailed records of all items received and delivered, including proof of completion for every transaction. You will liaise directly with Project Managers to understand evolving project requirements and scope, ensuring that client needs are met as projects progress. Your day will involve updating internal and customer databases, filing necessary documentation for pickups and deliveries, and reporting any irregularities or missing materials to both internal and external stakeholders. Success in this role requires reliability, a strong work ethic, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment while maintaining a clean driving record.
