About the Role
As a Gynecologist at the Sacramento VA, you will provide comprehensive gynecological care to women veterans in both outpatient and inpatient settings. This role exists to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care that honors the service and sacrifices of veterans. You will collaborate with primary care and specialty teams, including surgical specialties and mental health professionals, to manage a broad range of gynecological conditions and procedures. The position offers a unique opportunity to mentor trainees, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and help develop protocols that advance the Women's Health Program.
