As a Repair Tech (Guitar), you will provide maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assist in the maintenance of specific store inventory. You will continually build and increase the business through great customer experience and quality work. You will interact with customers to ensure a positive experience, service instruments with a high level of craftsmanship, and complete warranty repair work.
Successful Repair Technicians at Guitar Center are characterized by a strong customer focus, the ability to connect with customers in a meaningful way, and a genuine passion for helping others. You will be expected to take initiative to identify opportunities and resolve issues, learn quickly, and develop knowledge in product, store operations, and sales. Additionally, you will work through the GC certification program to gain a base understanding of products and sales techniques, and effectively train learners to retain new information and techniques.
