This role is dedicated to upholding essential hospitality standards at all times, ensuring every interaction features eye contact, a warm smile, and the use of the guest's name to create a welcoming atmosphere.
Agents act as the central hub for guest satisfaction, coordinating closely with Reservations, Sales, and Housekeeping to ensure seamless service. From managing VIP arrivals and special requests to providing local knowledge on area attractions and events, the Guest Services Agent ensures the hotel operates smoothly and efficiently.
