About the Role
The DoubleTree by Hilton Alana - Waikiki Beach is seeking a Guest Service Agent (On Call). Located at the edge of Waikiki Beach near the Royal Hawaiian Center and Ala Moana Center, this role embodies the Aloha spirit service found throughout our property. You will be part of an amazing team dedicated to delivering outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
In this position, you will greet and register guests, manage check-outs, and serve as the first point of contact for inquiries. You will utilize up-selling techniques to promote hotel services, resolve guest issues in a timely and friendly manner, and ensure every guest feels welcomed and cared for. This is an on-call role requiring varied shifts including weekdays, weekends, holidays, and overnight hours, dependent on business levels and seniority.
