About the Opportunity

This position is with an independent franchisee that operates a McDonald's restaurant. While the franchisee holds a license to use McDonald's logos and food products, it is a separate company and employer from McDonald's USA. The franchisee is solely responsible for all employment matters, including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. McDonald's USA has no control over these decisions and will not receive your application or be involved in the hiring process.

A Day in the Life

As a Guest Experience Leader, you will create feel-good moments every day by greeting guests, communicating during the ordering process, and offering assistance with ordering kiosks. You will ensure guests are satisfied with their food, handle any concerns that arise, and make sure kids receive their treats. You will also communicate with the restaurant team to provide feedback and recommendations. Success in this role requires an outstanding attitude, a willingness to learn, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced, team environment.
