About the Opportunity

This position is with an independent franchisee that operates a McDonald's restaurant. While the franchisee holds a license to use McDonald's logos and food products, it is a separate company and employer from McDonald's USA. The franchisee is solely responsible for all employment matters, including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. McDonald's USA has no control over these decisions and will not receive your application or be involved in the hiring process.

The Role

As a Guest Experience Leader, you will create feel-good moments every day by greeting guests, assisting with ordering kiosks, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will serve as the first point of contact, offering help to those in need, checking on guests after they receive their food, and handling any concerns that arise.
