About the Role
As the first point of contact for our guests, the Guest Experience Ambassador is dedicated to creating a friendly and engaging atmosphere while driving ticket sales and resolving service inquiries. The core mission of this position is to ensure every guest's expectations are met or surpassed through efficient transactions and personalized interactions.
In this dynamic role, you will serve as the face of our operations, managing the flow of guests through our facility. Your day-to-day involves providing informative and pleasant elevator rides, coordinating waiting lines across multiple levels, and ensuring stanchions and signage are correctly positioned to guide traffic. You will act as the central hub for guest communication, answering questions, addressing concerns, and keeping guests moving efficiently to their destinations.
Beyond guest interaction, you will be responsible for maintaining operational standards, including managing ticket and receipt stock levels for all printers and kiosks. You will also handle financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency. During peak times, you will alternate elevators to optimize movement and utilize multiple monitors to manage communication effectively. The role also includes capturing guest photos and operating specialized systems, such as the PORT elevator system and virtual reality (VR) equipment, to enhance the overall guest experience.
