About the Role
As a Guest Advocate, you are an advocate of guest experience who welcomes, thanks, and exceeds guest service expectations. You will empower guests to make shopping quick and easy at check lanes, guest services, gift registry, pick-up, and drive-up while ensuring exceptional quality. No two days are ever the same in this fast-moving, highly active role, but you will be at the heart of the store's service culture.
You will blend problem-solving and decision-making to positively impact the guest experience, adapting to different interactions and situations. From greeting guests and promoting current promos to assisting with Target Loyalty programs and navigating the Target App, you will ensure every interaction drives adoption and loyalty. You will also support digital services like Order Pick-Up and Drive-Up, ensuring guests are educated on these features while maintaining a clean, clutter-free work area.
