About the Role

As a Guest Advocate, you are an advocate of the guest experience, dedicated to welcoming, thanking, and exceeding guest service expectations. No two days are ever the same in this fast-moving, highly active role, but your core mission is to empower guests to make shopping quick and easy.

You will interact with guests at checklanes, guest services, gift registry, pick-up, and drive-up locations. A typical day involves blending problem-solving and decision-making to positively impact the guest experience, engaging with guests to help solve specific needs, and promoting current promos, store activities, and events. You will be the face of Target, ensuring a clean, clutter-free work area and demonstrating a culture of ethical conduct and safety.

This role is ideal for those who enjoy interacting with others and thrive in a team environment where flexibility and creative problem-solving are key. You will have the opportunity to educate guests on the Target App, Wallet, Order Pick-Up, and Drive-Up features, while also assisting with loyalty program sign-ups and handling returns with care.
