We are hiring a Growth Marketing Lead – Innovative Channels to identify, launch, and scale new customer acquisition channels. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role for someone who loves building. You will explore uncharted channels—from insurance affiliates and direct mail to emerging platforms like AppLovin and Reddit—and turn early signals into scalable growth engines.
Critically, you will be at the forefront of a new frontier: pioneering how Jerry uses AI agents to transform the way we operate and scale marketing. This isn't a role that fits neatly into a box; it's an opportunity to shape the expansion roadmap, influence company strategy, and help define what modern growth marketing looks like. You will work directly with the VP of Growth and the executive team, with significant CEO visibility and real influence over where Jerry grows next.
