About the Role
As a Grout Pump Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of grout pumps used for acid and displacement piles. This role is critical to maintaining project momentum, requiring you to operate the pump throughout all shifts while managing the full lifecycle of the equipment—from preparation and setup to breakdown and maintenance.
You will work in diverse weather conditions, ensuring that the pump is inspected, maintained, and trouble-shooted as needed. Effective communication with supervisors and co-workers is essential for safety and operational success, requiring clear hearing and speaking abilities alongside acute vision for depth perception and field of view.
