About the Role
As a Group Fitness Instructor, you will be the face of our classes, commanding the room and making workouts fun for every fitness level. You will lead safe, effective, and high-energy sessions across Group Fitness, Yoga, Pilates, HIIT/Bootcamp, and Dance Fitness. Your day involves bringing the "Crunch vibe" to life in every class, greeting members like VIPs, and ensuring that every session leaves participants saying, "That was amazing!" You will be a team player who travels between multiple locations to support class needs, attends training to keep skills sharp, and maintains the positive energy that defines our culture.
