As a Groundskeeper at either organization, you play a vital role in assisting our Owners and guests by providing the experiences and events that make vacation memories memorable.

About the Role

As a Groundskeeper, your day-to-day work ensures the property grounds maintain a pleasant appearance. You will be the first line of defense in creating a welcoming atmosphere, performing tasks such as landscaping, garbage removal, sweeping, and snow or ice management where applicable. Your responsibilities also include maintaining grills and grilling areas, removing trash from resort grounds, and visually inspecting tools and equipment to identify any defects.

Beyond physical maintenance, you are a key part of the guest experience. You will welcome and greet guests, anticipating and addressing their needs with professionalism. You are expected to interact with colleagues and guests promptly, contribute to team goals, and always follow company policies and safety procedures. If you notice any safety or engineering issues on the grounds, you are the eyes and ears to report them immediately.

Hiring Process & Application

To become a Groundskeeper, candidates must be available to work various shifts, including holidays and weekends. The role requires physical capability to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and the ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods. You must be able to grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying sizes and weights, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination. The position may require lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling items weighing up to 50 lbs without assistance.

Applicants must possess a valid U.S. driving license. Please note that the position may require a background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
