About the Role

This position is dedicated to creating an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service. You will establish and maintain a safe and clean environment that encourages customers to return, while assisting the department manager in reaching sales and profit goals. Embracing the "Customer 1st" strategy, you will encourage associates to deliver excellent service and demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

In this role, you will promote trust and respect among associates, creating an environment where customers feel welcome, important, and appreciated. You will serve as a knowledgeable resource, answering questions regarding products sold within the department and throughout the store, offering samples, and recommending items to ensure customers find exactly what they need. Your day will involve ensuring product freshness, maintaining proper temperatures, adhering to food safety regulations, and managing inventory with a positive attitude.
