A-Line Staffing is currently recruiting for a Grievance and Appeals Coordinator to support a Fortune 500 healthcare client in Woodland Hills, CA. This full-time role offers significant career growth potential within a dynamic organization.
As a Grievance and Appeals Coordinator, you will serve as a critical liaison between members, providers, and internal teams. Your day-to-day involves speaking with members, conducting thorough research across various systems, and documenting complex cases. A key component of this position is formulating clear, professional written responses to members, making strong writing skills essential.
You will navigate a fast-paced environment where meeting strict deadlines and managing your time effectively are paramount. The role requires high-level analytical and research capabilities to resolve issues efficiently.
This is a remote position with a hybrid requirement: while the role is remote, candidates must live close to Woodland Hills, CA, as part of the initial training will be conducted in person. The standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (8-hour shifts). Mandatory attendance is required for the first 90 days of employment.
