We are seeking a Graphic Artist: Digital Content Manager to support the Army at the Pentagon. In this role, you will be a vital part of the design team, responsible for conceptualizing and delivering digital assets that tell the Army's story. You will work directly under the general direction of a Project Manager, Customer, and Creative Director to enhance the look and feel of the agency's online offerings.
Your day-to-day involves designing and building digital content using images, illustrations, video, and audio. You will analyze source materials to produce dynamic social content, ensuring the Army's message remains fresh and interesting by staying abreast of current trends and storytelling methods. This position requires the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively with the team to facilitate collaboration and resolve hurdles.
This is an onsite position requiring presence at the Pentagon five days per week.

Familiarity with creating social media strategy. Experience designing banners and digital assets for the agency's website relative to external communications. Working knowledge using Adobe Acrobat, InDesign, and Illustrator. Ability to envision creation across multiple social media and traditional web platforms. Understanding of how to span platforms and optimize maintenance effort. Understanding of how social media campaigns build on initial graphic releases. Video creation and editing skills supporting social media and traditional platforms. Strong storytelling eye to determine appropriate speed and quality.
