About the Role
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Global Vice President of Technology serves as the architect of the company's next era of innovation. In this executive capacity, you will ensure MFS remains competitive, relevant, and industry-leading within a constantly evolving industrial landscape.
This role is defined by the need to anticipate how advanced materials, automation, sustainability pressures, and next-generation machining technologies will reshape the cutting fluids and industrial lubricants industry. Your mission is to position the company at the forefront of this transformation by driving a bold, future-focused technical strategy that accelerates innovation and strengthens global technology platforms.
You will operate at the intersection of advanced materials, sustainability, and digital manufacturing, identifying and building new technology platforms for emerging areas such as fluids for aerospace materials, bio-derived chemistries, circularity, digital monitoring, and ultra-high-performance machining. By embedding rapid learning cycles across the organization, you will use science, analytics, and process innovation to tightly connect Operations, R&D, and Finance to global markets. This position oversees the full spectrum of R&D, product development, regulatory compliance, and manufacturing scaling, ensuring core and novel technology objectives are prioritized and achieved.
