About the Role
The Global Sales Operations Specialist serves as a strategic partner in driving operational excellence for LifeWave's sales promotions and events. This role is designed to lead moderately complex initiatives that enhance sales processes, support event planning execution, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. You will ensure that operational frameworks are robust, efficient, and aligned with broader business objectives.
In this position, you will navigate the needs of multiple stakeholders, from IT and Regional teams to Product and Sales. Your day-to-day involves evaluating existing workflows to identify bottlenecks, proposing optimizations to reduce costs and improve lead times, and collaborating on cross-functional projects such as system upgrades and incentive management. You will act as a bridge between departments, ensuring that new technologies and processes are successfully implemented and that documentation remains current and accessible.
LifeWave operates as an in-office organization, requiring all employees to work onsite. This role involves regular computer work and occasional movement of up to 25 pounds within the office environment.

Requirements
- verifiedDegree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Systems, or related field

- verifiedLean Six Sigma certification (preferred)
- verifiedProject management certification (preferred)
Nice to Have
Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related field. Knowledge, experience, and/or certification in Lean Six Sigma. Project management experience and/or certification.
