About the Role
This opportunity is for a Primary Care Physician specializing in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics within a well-trusted, physician-led healthcare organization. The organization operates over 120 locations across 15 states and is known for its patient-focused approach and manageable caseloads. This specific position is 100% outpatient and focuses exclusively on geriatrics.
The role is designed for providers who embody a "humble healers" mindset and possess a genuine passion for quality patient care. Both new residents and experienced providers are welcome to apply. The work schedule is Monday through Friday with no weekends required. Most locations feature onsite labs, pharmacies, and X-ray services to support comprehensive care.

The primary location for this role is Louisville, Kentucky, known as the home of the Kentucky Derby. The area offers a vibrant Southern culture, affordable cost of living, and engaging neighborhoods. A secondary location is also available in New Orleans, Louisiana.
