About the Role
This position serves as a bridge between advanced AI capabilities and critical financial operations. You will be responsible for designing, testing, and refining prompts for large language models (LLMs) to support financial reporting, summarization, and client communication tools. The role involves analyzing structured and unstructured financial data to deliver actionable insights while developing and maintaining the data pipelines and ETL workflows necessary for GenAI model training and evaluation.
Working closely with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders, you will ensure that AI solutions align with specific financial objectives. A key part of your day-to-day involves monitoring model performance and iterating on prompt and model design to improve accuracy and relevance, all while documenting workflows and strategies for internal knowledge sharing and compliance.

Requirements

Nice to Have
Experience in the finance or fintech industry. Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone) and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG). Exposure to data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Understanding of MLOps practices and model lifecycle management.
