As a General Service Technician, you will be the face of our service center. Your day involves collaborating with teammates to deliver accurate and timely guest care during all operating hours. You will interact directly with customers, providing clear communication and feedback regarding their vehicles.
Your technical duties include performing comprehensive vehicle inspections, checking and refilling fluid levels, ensuring proper tire pressure, and installing new oil filters and drain plugs. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and presentable service center, documenting all work performed on repair orders, and reporting any safety issues immediately. The role requires physical stamina, as you will perform various manual tasks, including light and heavy lifting, standing, bending, and squatting, often in varying temperatures and environments.
To join our team, candidates must have at least 3 months of customer-facing experience in retail, food service, or hospitality. While previous automotive experience is preferred, it is not required, as we provide the necessary training. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
