Founded in 1996 and based in Wind Gap, Pennsylvania, Brothers Auto Transport has established itself as a trusted vehicle hauler across the Eastern U.S. In 2025, Brothers became the newest brand within Proficient Auto Logistics, joining six other elite operators to form a unified national vehicle transport network.
About the Role
We are expanding our operating network and seeking experienced Owner Operator independent contractors who take pride in safe, damage-free deliveries. As a driver with us, you will haul new vehicles from blue-chip, leading automotive OEM customers, along with fleet and auction cars. Depending on the lane, you may also handle occasional specialty or oversize units.
This role offers the opportunity to run a strong, independent business under an operating agreement that specifies the legal and customer requirements for operation. You will benefit from dispatch opportunities and back-office settlement support, allowing you to focus on the road while we handle the logistics.
Hiring Process
To join our team, you must have an established business entity and meet all FMCSA regulations, including a valid Class A CDL, a clean Motor Vehicle Record, and a recent DOT physical and drug screen. Qualified candidates will also need to possess or obtain a TWIC card.
