About the Role
Our Domino's Pizza Assistant Managers are the backbone of our business. You were born to be the boss. This role handles all aspects of running a Domino's Pizza store, including leading the team, setting high standards for customer service, and maintaining exceptional product quality. You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, from cost and inventory control to cash management and customer relations. You must set the example, following all policies and procedures 100% of the time while expecting the same from your crew.
