Founded in Bethesda, MD in 2013, Fresh Baguette is a fast-growing, artisanal bakery dedicated to bringing the authentic experience of French bakeries to the DMV area. We specialize in fresh, made-from-scratch organic breads, pastries, sweets, and croissants. Since our inception, we have expanded to nine retail locations, two production bakeries, and a thriving wholesale business, serving coffee shops, restaurants, hotels, and grocery stores with fresh products every day of the year.

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee a bakery café location and lead our teams to excellence. This full-time, salaried role is deeply hands-on and people-focused, requiring a strong leader who can inspire staff, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and drive both operational and financial success. As the General Manager, you will be the face of the location, responsible for the overall performance of the bakery, including sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, and team culture.

You will thrive in an environment where you take full ownership of your results. Rather than waiting for direction, you will proactively identify and resolve challenges to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
