As the face of the restaurant, the General Manager is responsible for developing and executing the business plan, managing fiscal responsibilities, and utilizing labor effectively to meet budget goals. Hiring Process
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have 3 to 5 years of management experience, preferably in the restaurant industry. The role requires the ability to work flexible hours necessary to manage and operate the restaurant effectively.
