The General Manager serves as the operational leader for our dispensary, ensuring compliance with all security, inventory, and local and state regulations. This role is designed to inspire internal staff to deliver the highest level of customer service while maintaining the safety and satisfaction of every customer and employee. You will be responsible for providing high-level education and development for staff regarding medical cannabis strains, edibles, concentrates, and consumption mechanisms.
In this position, you will set sales, service, and profit goals and lead your team to exceed them. You will work closely with the Inventory Specialist and Procurement Manager to secure adequate supplies of quality products, fulfill staffing needs, and coordinate scheduling. Effective communication and coaching are central to the role, ensuring the dispensary maintains excellence in service and labor practices within the community. You will also be tasked with developing operations plans, managing dispensary policies and procedures, and documenting financial, inventory, and customer trends through detailed reports.
