About the Role

We are seeking General Laborers to join our Texas division in the Austin area. This is a full-time position where you will work quickly, productively, and safely to meet production goals set by the Leadman, Foreman, Superintendent, and Project Manager. You will follow daily production schedules, collaborate with leadership to ensure job-site safety, and maintain a clean work environment by securing tools and equipment each day.

The role requires operating at professional construction sites, often outdoors for extended periods in all weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold. You will use various tools and equipment, navigate uneven surfaces, and handle materials weighing up to 50 pounds. The position may involve exposure to chemicals, vapors, loud noises, and moving machinery, requiring a commitment to safety protocols at all times.
