We are seeking a qualified G/ATOR Training Specialist to join our experienced team in Virginia Beach, VA. In this critical role, you will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Crew Trainer for the AN/TPS-80 G/ATOR system, providing direct technical support to the Government In-Service Engineering Agent (ISEA).
Your day-to-day impact will involve delivering expert technical services for the operation, training, maintenance, and repair of deployed systems. You will be responsible for conducting new equipment training upon the delivery of TPS-80 radars to new crews and providing essential refresher training for existing crews. Beyond training, you will offer expert advice on curriculum development, assist fleet Marines with the initial setup and operation of newly deployed systems, and document maintenance, troubleshooting, and problem resolution actions. You will also provide logistics support, on-site troubleshooting, and repair in response to technical assistance requests, ensuring seamless system performance in the field.
Candidates must possess an active DOD Secret Clearance to be considered for this position. Applications will be reviewed based on the specific technical qualifications and experience required for the AN/TPS-80 G/ATOR system.
